Shipping Policy

Every item at The Curated Case is made to order just for you, then shipped from our production partners in the United States.

Processing time
Each order is printed after it's placed. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (up to 7 business days during busy holiday periods).

Delivery time
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of being placed.

Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States..

Multiple packages
Our products are made by different specialist production partners (for example, apparel, mugs and blankets are printed in different facilities). If you order several types of items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal, and you won't pay extra for it beyond the shipping shown at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping to some other countries may be available at checkout, with longer delivery times.

Holiday orders
During November and December, carriers are much busier than usual. For delivery before the holidays, we recommend ordering as early as possible. We'll share our recommended last order dates on our website each season.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to cover orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, or packages returned because they couldn't be delivered. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll fix it.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please see our Refund Policy or contact us through our Contact page, and we'll make it right.
